Update:
The left lane of the Inner Loop and left lane of the Outer Loop just prior to Exit 39 (River Road/MD 190) remain blocked. Remaining lanes have reopened according to MCFRS. Significant delays persist. Consider an alternate route if possible.
A box truck carrying ceiling tiles collided, reportedly flipped over a wall and overturned, spilling contents and spilling fuel.
A collision on I-495 just prior to Exit 39 (River Road/MD190) has blocked all four northbound lanes and two southbound lanes according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue (MCFRS). One vehicle rolled over. MCFRS is evaluating three patients. Expect significant delays.
