A local Dungeons & Dragons group, the Legends of Avantris, won several ENNIE awards last weekend at the 23rd annual gamers convention, Game Con. The annual awards are fan-based honors recognizing excellence in tabletop role playing games.
The Legends
Legends of Avantris (also known as Avantris Entertainment) is a popular tabletop roleplaying and Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) comedy group based in Rockville. Run by a group of close friends, they live stream campaigns, share animated shorts on YouTube, and tell long-improv stories. The group consists of lifelong friends and creators including Richie and Mikey Gilder, Andy Flynn, Nikkie Pacheco, Kelsey Kerrigan, Derek Hudson, and Mace Caffrey.
Avantris Entertainment won multiple awards at the 2026 ENNIE Awards held in Indianapolis at Gen Con. They scored a total of 6 Gold ENNIE Awards.
