Rockville City Police transported an adult male to the hospital after he was shot in the arm on Monday. He was listed in stable condition.
Police officers responded to the area of 15100 Frederick Road following the report of a shooting.
According to police, the incident occurred during an apparent robbery. The suspects were clad all in black and had ski masks covering their faces. One suspect had a firearm, which was discharged, according to police.
