Montgomery Parks Hosts Pride, History and Arts Events This June

Montgomery Parks will host a variety of events in June, featuring Pride Month celebrations and opportunities to connect with nature, history and the arts.

To celebrate Pride and foster connection, the department has planned three LGBTQ+-themed events: a kayaking tour of Little Seneca Lake, a nature-inspired craft night exploring queer ecology, and a sunset pontoon cruise.

Other June highlights include a 1980s-themed ice skating show, a birthday celebration for abolitionist Josiah Henson, and a wine-and-etching art night.
