Police Release Surveillance Video from Potomac Burglary

The Montgomery County Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in Potomac on April 23 around 10 p.m..

Surveillance footage, released by detectives from 1st District, revealed the suspect trying to enter using an unknown tool.

The male suspect was seen on video wearing a white t-shirt, cargo shorts and a baseball hat, according to a press release.

Those with information are encouraged to contact the 1st District Investigative Section at 240-773-6084 or 240-773-TIPS. Informants can also reach out to Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Callers can remain anonymous.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect, according to the press release.
