Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) will operate under Code Yellow / Delayed Opening on Tuesday, Feb. 13. Schools will open two hours late. All operations, including bus transportation and full-day prekindergarten, are delayed by two hours from the regular schedule. Central offices open on time.
