Marquise Tranell Mahoney, 24, of Silver Spring is charged with unlawful touching and indecent exposure by the University of Maryland campus police.
On March 30 at 5:10 p.m., Mahoney turned himself into campus police and was arrested.
He is charged with one count of fourth degree sexual contact, one county of assault, one county of school molestation and two counts of indecent exposure.
Police responded to a call about a suspicious person in the 3400 block of Tulane Drive on March 28 at 9:53 a.m. The caller told police where the suspect went and officers were able to locate him.
