Takoma Park Police reported an armed robbery at Priti’s Fashion and Jewelry in the 1100 block of University Avenue in Takoma Park.
According to police, four Black males entered the store on May 22 at 2:50 p.m. One suspect had a handgun and another had a hammer, which was used to force open the door. One suspect entered the store, broke several jewelry cases and stole some merchandise.
The four men then fled in a dark-colored vehicle.
The investigation continues. Anyone with information should call police at 301-270-1100.
