A fight ensued after a person confronted suspects seen slashing vehicle tires in the 11500 block of February Circle in the White Oak area on Feb. 28, according to police. The victim was stabbed in the head and had a phone stolen.
According to Montgomery County Police, a verbal altercation began around 4:20 p.m. after three suspects were seen slashing tires. The victim confronted the suspects in the 11500 block of Lockwood Drive.
The first suspect was described as a Black female, approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 15 to 16 years old, with a thin build. She had dark hair styled in shoulder-length locks and was wearing a dark gray rain jacket, black jeans and black Air Force sneakers.
The second suspect was described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5-feet, 1-inch tall, 15 to 16 years old, with a thin build and straight dark-colored hair. She was wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants. The third suspect was described as a Black male, 5-feet, 5-inches tall, with a thin build and short hair. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and black skinny jeans.
Police released video of the incident.
