The Arbor Day celebration at Wheaton Veterans Urban Park has been canceled due to bad weather.
The celebratory tree planting was scheduled for 4 p.m. on Friday, April 28. The County’s Department of Environmental Protection and the Wheaton Urban District decided to cancel due to inclement weather in the forecast.
