Montgomery County Police identified the woman who was killed in a one-car crash Sunday in Silver Spring. Osbelia Minh, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A preliminary police investigation revealed that Minh was traveling southbound on Colesville Road when she hit the right side of the roadway and struck a utility pole. She was not wearing a seatbelt, according to police.

A woman was killed in a one-car crash Sunday night in the 10400 block of Colesville Road near Southwood Avenue in Silver Spring.
She was driving a black Kia Telluride at 10:41 p.m. when she struck a utility pole. Her car rolled over. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to Montgomery County Police, multiple witnesses called to report the crash. Pepco worked to replace the utility pole.
This is an ongoing investigation, and the name of the driver will be released by police after her next of kin is notified.
