1. Council: Three Council Committees meet today to continue work on the County’s operating budget for FY25. Committee meetings are televised live on County Cable Montgomery and streamed live at http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/council/ondemand/index.html. Videos are archived and available 24 hours after the meeting concludes.

2. Planning Board: The Montgomery County Planning Board, part of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), meets today from 10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Find the agenda online here. The meeting will stream live on the Montgomery Planning website here.

3. History Hour: The Montgomery Parks lecture series continues today with a presentation by Cassandra Michaud who is the head archaeologist of the Josiah Henson Museum and Park. The lecture, suitable for ages 12 and older, will be held at the Josiah Henson Museum and Park visitor center. Admission is $5 per person, and tickets are available onsite. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the lecture begins at 6 p.m. The Museum and Park are located at 11410 Old Georgetown Road in North Bethesda.

4. Police Accountability Board: Meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Executive Office Building, 101 Maryland Avenue in Rockville. Public may join in person or virtually. Register here.

5. ICYMI: The County Council introduced legislation Tuesday to reduce the high office vacancy rate in the county.
