1. Budget Discussion: County Executive Marc Elrich will hold the third of six community discussions about the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) budget from 7-8:30 p.m. at Bethesda Chevy Chase Regional Services.

2. History Hour: From 6-7 p.m., Josiah Henson Museum and Park will host its second History Hour, which is a monthly lecture series for adults featuring guest speakers. Admission is $5.

3. Work Zone Awareness Week: It is National Work Zone Awareness Week and the Montgomery County Police Department reminds drivers to slow down and stay alert when approaching a construction zone.

4. Food Resources: See food giveaway events today in Montgomery County.

5. ICYMI: Actress and Silver Spring native Lisa Ann Walter, “Melissa Schemmenti” on ABC’s Abbott Elementary, had a happy homecoming over the weekend. Walter, a Blair High School and Catholic University alum, was the National Cherry Blossom Festival host and honorary marshal.
