County Media Briefing: County Executive Marc Elrich, County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles and Emergency Management Director Dr. Earl Stoddard will hold their weekly media briefing at 12:30 p.m. You can watch live on MCM channels 21 and 995 (HD), County Cable Montgomery and on the county’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

2. Get Vaccinated:  Make an appointment here to receive a COVID-19 vaccine today.

3. Drive-Thru Food Distribution: Stop by Watkins Mill Elementary School in Montgomery Village from 1-2:30 p.m. to receive boxed groceries while staying in your car.

4. Virtual Activities with Libraries: Join Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) for virtual events including Outdoor Nature Discovery and Outdoor Family Storytime. No registration is required.

5. Senior Planet Montgomery: Senior Planet Montgomery continues to offer free Zoom classes to senior residents. Today’s classes include “Virtual Museum Tours” and “Getting Started with Facebook.”
