1. Two-hour delay: Montgomery County Public Schools will be back in session today with a two-hour delay of the usual start time. Offices will be open on time.

2. Water use ban lifted: The ban on non-essential water use was lifted as of 1:20 p.m. Monday for all 1.9 million WSSC Water customers. The request had been in effect since Tuesday, Jan. 27.
