1. Council: The Education and Culture Committee will review FY25-30 CIP for MCPS and funds for the expansion of Northwood High School and receive an update on MCPS financial reports; joint Health and Human Services and Economic Development Committee will review bills that would increase access to free menstrual products and limit inquiries by employers regarding certain health information of prospective employees.

2. Free Computer Distribution: Today, from noon to 4 p.m., Wheaton American Jobs Center, 11510 Georgia Ave Suite 100, Wheaton.

3. Project Prom Dress: Through Feb. 29, community members can donate gently used and new dresses, suits, and accessories at the Marilyn J. Praisner Community Recreation Center in Burtonsville.
