1. Council: The Montgomery County Council will meet at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will begin with a Proclamation celebrating Women’s History Month by the County Council.

2. MCPS: Montgomery County Public Schools is changing kindergarten orientation beginning with the next school year.

3. National College Fair: The fair will occur from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 19 and 20 at the Maryland SoccerPlex and Adventist Healthcare Fieldhouse in Germantown.

4. Pedestrian Safety: The MCDOT Pedestrian Safety Team will be at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring at 4 p.m. to promote pedestrian, driving, and bike safety to Montgomery County residents. 5. (ICYMI): Nothing Bundt Cakes opened in Germantown on Friday. The bakery’s latest location in the county had its grand opening at 20650 Seneca Meadows Parkway.
