2. Scrum Con ’24: The gaming convention returns this year with two days of gaming. Sessions include wargames, role-playing games, and a chance to play with veteran game designer Rich Baker. The convention runs Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building. Purchase tickets online at the Scrum Con ’24 website here. Saturday is sold out.

3. Vaccination Clinic:  The County health department holds a free, vaccination clinic for school-aged children (pre-K through high school) today from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Dennis Avenue Health Center in Silver Spring.
