3. Opioid Crisis Town Hall: Today from 6-7:30 p.m. in the third-floor hearing room of Montgomery County Council’s Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave in Rockville.
4. Montgomery Parks: The first session will be held in person on Thursday, Nov. 2, at Somerset Elementary School from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
