2. Board of License Commissioners: Meeting at 9:00 a.m.
The Board of License Commissioners issues licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages and may revoke or suspend licenses, or issue fines up to $20,000 for violations. If a permit is revoked, the licensee may never hold a license in Maryland.

5. ICYMI: Drivers in Montgomery County can expect to face a new system for speed camera fines starting Wednesday. Fees will increase the faster a driver goes by a speed camera in Maryland.
