1. Council: Committee meetings.

2. Board of Education: Meeting at 12 p.m.

3. Planning Board: Public hearing.

4. Grand Opening: Ribbon cutting at 9:45 a.m.
The county’s first Alcohol Beverage Services store to operate inside of a shopping mall opens in Wheaton this Thursday, Sept. 25 at Westfield Wheaton near Costco. It’s called Oak Barrel & Vine.
