1. Planning Board: Meeting at 9:00 a.m.

2. Board of Education: The Montgomery County Board of Education will hold a Board meeting at 15 W Gude Drive, Rockville. Details, including the meeting agenda, are available on the website.

3. Pro Bono Legal Clinic: Meet for a One-on-One consultation with an attorney for free.

  • 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
  • Sign in: 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm/Last Consult 8:30 pm (Space is limited)
  • Legal advice in civil cases for low-income Montgomery County residents.  No appointment necessary (walk-in).

4. Mobile Food Distribution: Today from 11 to 1 p.m. at Silver Spring UMC, 8900 Georgia Avenue Silver Spring,

All are welcome to receive food; no pre-registration required. Please bring bags to carry the produce and groceries. Visitors may walk up or drive through; please enter the church parking lot from First Avenue.

5. ICYMI: Montgomery County Opens First Bricks and Mortar Pride Center in the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center. A ribbon cutting was held on Aug. 31. 2025.
