1. Garden of Lights: Tickets for Brookside Gardens’ Garden of Lights go on sale starting at 10 a.m. today. The lights display in Wheaton runs from Nov. 21 to Jan. 4, 2026. See more here.

3. Community Conversation: County Executive Marc Elrich hosts a meeting tonight in Wheaton to get input from residents on the next operating budget. This meeting will be for the Mid-County community from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Social Hall at the Wheaton Community Recreation Center. See more here.
4. Gaithersburg Restaurant Opening: Sixty Vines, a wine country-inspired restaurant, will officially open its doors today at 212 Ellington Blvd. in Downtown Crown. The restaurant has locations in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
5. Be Alert For Deer: County Fire and Rescue Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer reminds drivers to be alert for deer during the fall season.
