5. Fall Sports Recap: There was plenty of success for athletes who competed this past fall in Montgomery County High School sports. Several schools hoisted Maryland state titles, including Quince Orchard repeating as Class 4A champions in football and running its winning streak to 27 games in a row. QO finished the season 14-0 and will head in to next year as the prohibitive favorite to three-peat.
