Blair High School evacuated following bomb threat

UPDATED at 12:10 p.m.: MCPD officers declared Blair High School safe and regular instruction has resumed.

Montgomery Blair High school students have been evacuated following a bomb threat that Montgomery County police believe could be a swatting call, according to authorities.

Police and school officials are evaluating the validity of the call and expect to return students to the building on University Boulevard in Silver Spring soon.
