Rockville’s Mack Hollins scores TD in Super Bowl

Rockville native and Wootton High School graduate Mack Hollins scored a touchdown for New England in the Patriots’ Super Bowl LX loss to Seattle. Hollins grabbed a 35-yard touchdown pass for the Patriots first score of the game in the fourth quarter to cut the Seahawks lead to 19-7. New England would go on to lose 29-13 in Santa Clara, California.

Hollins led New England in receiving with four catches for 78 yards and a touchdown. Hollins’ New England teammate and Gaithersburg’s own Stefon Diggs had three catches for 37  yards.
