1. Prom Couture Closet: On Saturday, Montgomery County high schoolers can attend the county recreation department’s “Prom Couture Closet” giveaway from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Marilyn J. Praisner Community Recreation Center in Burtonsville. Students can bring their school I.D. to pick a free dress/suit, shoes and accessories which were donated for the event.

2. Egg hunt: The county police department’s 4th district annual egg hunt will be Saturday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at Wheaton Regional Park. The event is rain or shine. See more here
3. Cherry blossoms: The trees at the Tidal Basin are starting to turn green, according to the National Park Service.
