2. Police honor fallen heroes: At 10:30 a.m., police will host the annual Fallen Heroes Memorial Service at 100 Edison Park Drive in Gaithersburg. The public is welcome to attend. See more here
3. Bike and roll to school: It is Bike and Roll to School Day. From 8-9 a.m., the county will host a celebration at Poolesville Elementary School.
4. Council: The County Council meets at 9:30 a.m. to deliberate the operating budget.
