The NFL schedule announcement has evolved in to a big event only in the last few years. Team’s creatively use videos to hype up the fanbase about the schedule and the upcoming season.
The Washington Commanders took a crack at the schedule release with a salute to Bill Nye “The Science Guy,” a native to this area. The team used running back Bill Croskey-Merritt doing experiments at a school science fair to reveal the team’s opponents.

The team starts on the road for two games against divisional foes Philadelphia and Dallas. Washington’s home opener is Sept. 27 against the defending Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks.
