1. Ballot Canvass: The County Board of Elections will meet at 10 a.m. at 18753 N. Frederick Ave., Suite 203 in Gaithersburg to count mail-in ballots from the primary election. It is open to the public and livestreamed. See more here

3. County Council: The County Council’s audit committee meets at 9:30 a.m.
4. School Board Meeting: The County Board of Education meets at 4 p.m. at 15 West Gude Drive in Rockville.
5. ICYMI: Montgomery County has been under a public health advisory since last week when officials announced that high levels of PFAS— known as “forever chemicals” that can increase risk of cancer — are in waterways off of Muddy Branch stream near the site of the county’s former public safety training facility in Rockville.
