2. Save Our Devs Rally: Following July’s protest against Microsoft layoffs at ZeniMax and Bethesda Game Studios, there will be another rally at noon today at the ZeniMax building sign in Rockville to support the video game workers. See more here
3. MoCo Fair Underway: The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair is happening through Saturday in Gaithersburg. See more here
4. How to Explore the County’s History: At 2 p.m., Montgomery History’s Director of Library and Archives Sarah Hedlund will host a webinar about online resources that can help residents explore the county’s history. Register here
The Jane C. Sween Research Library and Special Collections in Rockville will be closed starting Sept. 1 and moving to the Montgomery History Center that will open later this year.
5. The Mansion at Strathmore Announces Exhibition Season: The Mansion at Strathmore in North Bethesda announced its 2026–2027 season of exhibitions featuring eight free exhibitions from black-and-white photography to mixed media. See the exhibition schedule here
