1. Pedestrian Safety: The MCDOT Pedestrian Safety Team will be outside of Veterans Plaza in downtown Silver Spring to promote pedestrian, driving, and bike safety to the residents of Montgomery County from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
