A Clarksburg man was killed following a 2-car crash early Sunday morning near the intersection of Woodfield and Glendalough roads in Laytonsville.
According to police, Jorge Estuardo Moran Hernandez, 39, was driving a Ford F150 pickup truck and was headed north on Woodfield Road when he collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was headed south.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The adult female driver of the Jeep is in critical but stable condition at an area hospital.
According to Montgomery County police, Moran Hernandez struck the Jeep and then crashed into embankment. His Ford rolled over and hit a guardrail. He was partially ejected from the truck.
