
A furniture refurbishing business in Kensington has significant damage after a Thursday morning fire. Officials say about 75 firefighters responded to the 4100 block of Howard Avenue around 3:45 a.m. to help get the blaze under control. The fire caused $1.2 million in structural damage. Some nearby businesses were also significantly affected. There were no injuries reported. The cause is still under investigation.
