A pedestrian crossing Watkins Mill Road in Gaithersburg early Wednesday morning was struck and killed, according to Montgomery County Police.
The driver of a silver 2018 Toyota Camry headed eastbound on Watkins Mill struck the man. The driver remained on the scene and attempted life-saving aid until first responders arrived.
The pedestrian, who has not yet been named by police, died at the scene.
