The county public libraries began distributing N95 masks as well as the rapid COVID-19 test kits in January of 2022. Residents were limited to four masks per adult, according to Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) Director Anita Vassallo. Libraries will distribute the masks at the same times and locations as rapid test pickup.
