On Saturday, students from around the DMV lined up for the fashion freebies offered at the Marilyn Praisner Recreation Center in Burtonsville. This year Project Prom Dress collected 13 hundred gowns for perusal.
2023 marks the second year for the Praisner Project Prom Dress. And just in time for the traditional May prom season here in the county.
