Tshikundi Taty, 44, of Takoma Park, was charged with recording women inside a gym bathroom, and police believe there are additional victims.
Montgomery County police officers on Oct. 10 responded to One Life Fitness Club on Seneca Meadows Parkway in Germantown after a woman reported that someone entered the women’s locker room and recorded her in the shower.
During an investigation, officers said they identified Taty as the suspect and said that he disguised himself as a woman and went into the women’s locker room. He then removed his disguise and fled the scene, police said.
Officers followed Taty on Oct. 29 to a Planet Fitness in White Oak, where he was located in the women’s locker room disguised as a woman. He was taken into custody and charged with multiple counts of peeping tom and related offenses.

His trial is scheduled for Dec. 15 at 3 p.m.
