Takoma Park Police are investigating a shooting incident in the 7400 block of Holly Avenue on Monday at about 6:12 p.m.
Police responded to the area after receiving multiple calls from nearby residents who heard gunshots. When officers canvassed the area, they found a shell casing and several bullet fragments.
Several witnesses told police they saw a Black man flee in a small white vehicle and a second Black male run towards the Metro station.
