Tuskegee Airman Charles McGee Laid to Rest

In January, decorated Tuskegee Airman Brigadier General Charles McGee died at the age of 102. McGee flew in 104 combat missions in three wars – over Germany, Korea, and Vietnam – during his storied career. He was interred at Arlington National Cemetery Friday morning. His family, the Secretary of the Air Force, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs were all present for a final salute to a true American hero.
