Gov. Larry Hogan will provide his third update on the COVID-19 pandemic since Nov. 5 as the states cases, deaths, and hospitalizations continue to spike. Hogan’s briefing is scheduled for Thursday at 4 p.m. and he is expected to discuss additional state investments and initiatives to battle the pandemic.
