A Wheaton High School student suffered a minor hand laceration during an altercation Wednesday.
Montgomery County Police officers responded to the school at about 1:15 p.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing.
Two male students were involved in the fight, according to a preliminary investigation.
The student who was injured was not taken to a hospital. The suspect left the school before officers responded and no one has been taken into custody.
