2 Men Wanted by Police for Rape Arrested at Dulles Airport

Two men wanted in Montgomery County for felony rape were arrested at Dulles Airport by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers.

Adam Aguilar Cruz, 28, is wanted for felony strongarm, second-degree rape, third degree sex offenses and second-degree assault charges. He is from El Salvador and is illegally in the United States, according to Customs and Border Protect.

He was arrested as he attempted to flee the United States and was handed over to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police.

Frank Miguel Morillo, 25, a naturalized citizen from the Dominican Republic, also was apprehended. He was wanted by Montgomery County Police for felony first-degree rape.

 Morillo was deported from Bogota, Colombia and arrived at Dulles Airport under escort by Colombian immigration authorities. CBP officers assumed custody of Morillo, verified his identity, and confirmed that the warrant remained active.

Morillo also was turned over to Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police.
