Windridge Vineyards

15700 Darnestown Road, Darnestown, MD

Windridge Vineyards offers a little something for everybody. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, a tour of the winery, and picturesque views of the vineyard. The Urban Winery

2315 Stewart Avenue, Silver Spring, MD

The Urban Winery touts itself as the first and only urban winery in Maryland. 30 wines are produced on site. Visitors can also purchase an assortment of other Maryland-made beverages, international wines, and small plates and appetizers. Rocklands Farm Winery

Rocklands Farm Winery focuses on producing “low-intervention” wines with natural fermentation and without additives. In addition to wine, the farm produces and sells meat and eggs. Named for the year its founders were born, 61 Vineyard provides guests with a view of Sugarloaf Mountain to pair with their wine. The vineyard has indoor and outdoor seating available and welcomes reservations. Snacks — including charcuterie — are also sold. 61 Vineyard also offers live music and sunset yoga sessions. Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard

18125 Comus Road, Dickerson, MD

Just a short drive away from Sugarloaf Mountain, this winery is a primarily outdoor venue. Tastings and flights of wine are available daily, no reservations needed. Some snacks are sold in-house and there are usually food trucks on site over weekends. Tours of the vineyard can be scheduled via email.
