1. Wootton shooting: Rockville City Police found a handgun late Monday night, police said in an update Tuesday morning. The 16-year-old suspect has been charged as an adult with attempted second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, and firearms-related charges.
2. Speed-Limiting Device: Maryland legislators want to start a pilot program to offer a device as an alternative to drivers who would otherwise have their licenses suspended due to violations. Full story here
