5 Things to Know Today, May 9, In Montgomery County

It’s Thursday, May 9, and here are five things to know in Montgomery County.

1. Elections: Early Voting Centers are open daily from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. until today. There are 14 Early Voting Centers in Montgomery County.

2. Transportation: The Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) Ride On bus service has several routes to transport voters to early voting centers.

3. Council: The session starts at 9:30 a.m. FY25 Operating Budget and FY25-30 Capital Improvements Program.

4. Mental Health: Virtual forum of different pathways to healing from mental health and substance use disorders. The forum will run from 6 to 8 p.m.
