2. Burtonsville Day Parade and Festival: Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. featuring live music, food trucks, games for kids and more. The parade starts 10 a.m. at Paint Branch High School and ends at the Marilyn J. Praisner Library and Community Recreation Center, where the festival will be. See more here
3. Health and Wellness Fair: Saturday from 1-6 p.m. at the White Oak Community Recreation Center, the “Fall Into Wellness Health & Wellness Fair” features free or low-cost health screenings,, nutrition and fitness resources, youth services and sports information and more. See more here
4. Washington Ukrainian Festival in Silver Spring: Friday through Sunday at St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral in Silver Spring (15100 New Hampshire Ave.) featuring live music, food, beer, vendors and more.
