A two-year old boy fell from the 15th floor of the Enclave Apartments in the 11200 block of Oak Leaf Drive in Silver Spring Thursday afternoon and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to Montgomery County police, the child fell from a balcony at 2:11 p.m. and landed in the bushes below.
The incident is under investigation. No criminal charges have been filed at this time, according to police.
