Montgomery County Police identified the victim in a one-car fatal crash. Bilcher Ronaldino Huinil Lopez, 27, of Germantown was pronounced dead at the scene in Damascus Sunday morning.

A man was ejected from his vehicle early Sunday morning and was pronounced dead near the intersection of Ridge Road and Kings Valley Road in Damascus.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department, the single vehicle crash occurred at 4 a.m. Evidence at the scene indicates alcohol may have been a contributing factor, according to police.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
He was driving a gray 2013 Honda Civic coupe that overturned in an embankment. He was the only occupant in the car. He was traveling southbound when he apparently lost control of his car.
