2. Snow emergency ended: Montgomery County’s snow emergency has ended.
The County snow emergency has ended. Officials lifted the snow emergency declaration at 7 a.m. today. Parking fees and enforcement will resume in County garages at 7 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 30.
